Job Summary
Our client, a property management company that oversees a large portfolio of Short Term Rentals is seeking an experienced Operations and Cleaning Manager that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation of our clients organization. You will be overseeing multiple short term rental vacation properties and doing quality checks daily, motivate and train cleaning staff, standards and has a great attention to detail. This position is responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, schedules, you must be hands on and be ale to oversee a lot of moving parts, quality checks, providing exceptional hands on service , and supporting the cleaning team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, have experience in cleaning and supervising short term rentals have attention to detail,



and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Qualifications:

Must have experience in a cleaning, hospitality, STR or management role in short term rentals or residential.

5 plus years experience in cleaning short term rentals, hospitality or residential

Be a mentor and leader, encouraging your team daily

Have robust attention to detail

Be a team player and be looking for growth as our company is growing

Must have a vehicle and DL

Have knowledge about cleaning products/chemicals and supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence and vehicle (required)
