Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to company standards, maintaining high quality and presentation
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage food safety and sanitation protocols diligently to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests
- Handle cash transactions, give correct change, and process credit card payments smoothly using the POS system
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities




- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, serving or food industry roles is highly desirable
- Strong cashiering skills with familiarity using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that fosters guest loyalty
- Basic kitchen experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
