We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Screen Printer to join our production team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for screen printing a variety of graphic and textile products, including apparel, signs, graphics, and other printed materials. This is a hands-on production position that requires good attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to maintain a steady production pace.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is comfortable working with printing equipment, follows instructions and work orders carefully, and is willing to learn and develop their skills.

Screen printing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate screen printing presses for textile and graphic printing.
- Prepare screens, inks, materials, and substrates for production.
- Properly register and align screens for accurate printing.
- Mix and prepare inks according to job requirements.
- Load and unload garments, signs, graphics, and other materials.
- Monitor print quality throughout production.
- Make adjustments to maintain consistent colour, registration, and print quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects, accuracy, and quality.
- Follow work orders, production instructions, and job specifications.
- Maintain accurate counts of materials and finished products.
- Clean and maintain screens, presses, tools, and work areas.
- Perform screen reclaiming and preparation as required.
- Identify and report damaged or defective materials.
- Report material shortages or inventory discrepancies.
- Use the company's computer/workflow system for basic production tasks.
- Assist with packing, shipping, and receiving when required.




- Help with general production duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

- Previous screen printing experience is preferred.
- Experience with textile and/or graphic screen printing is an asset.
- Good attention to detail and print quality.
- Reliable and dependable.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on production position. The successful candidate will regularly be required to:

- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Lift and move materials weighing 30+ pounds.
- Perform repetitive tasks.
- Load and unload garments and other materials.
- Work around printing equipment and shop machinery.
- Maintain attention to detail while working at a steady production pace.

Training

Previous screen printing experience is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, takes pride in their work, and wants to develop their skills in screen printing and production.

Location & Transportation

We are located approximately 10 minutes south of Winnipeg in Île-des-Chênes, Manitoba.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
