You will be responsible for general carpentry including framing, exterior finishing, interior finishing and miscellaneous site work for custom family homes. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- able to read plans and specifications.
- energetic individual and possess excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- proficient with construction tools.
- may have completed an apprentice and/ or formal training in construction.
- knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction industry.
- Able to complete tasks with minimal direction
- Uphold quality of workmanship
- Maintain a clean site
- Work toward company goal of maintaining a very high level of customer satisfaction
- general knowledge of residential construction from the ground up
- some client interaction
You will rely on instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and work with minimal supervision.
A valid driver’s license and vehicle to get to sites is required.

Pay: $37.00-$45.00 per hour
Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- carpentry: 10 years (required)
