Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage waitlists and reservations
- Escort guests to tables or event areas
- Coordinate with servers and management for smooth seating flow
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate wait times
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment
- Answer phone calls, take reservations and take out orders
- Manage deliveries and take outs
- Place orders in our POS system

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus (but not required)
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone




- Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally, courteously, and calmly while maintaining a positive guest experience

- Availability evenings starting 4:30pm to 10pm
