OVERVIEW:

To input billing information received from the dock to create running orders for outbound linehaul. To manifest trips for all outbound loads. To print and create labels for all inbound bills. Scanning, imaging filing.

POSITION INFORMATION:

Main duties:

- Image BOL’s from 5pm to last driver arrives.
- Separate POD’s from terminal copies and image. Image Byd’s as dock’s and file all batches
- Create running orders for outbound line up once you receive from the dock. Put completed running order in dispatch with corresponding seal and any DGS paperwork that pertain to it.




- Enter trips into the “pre-load shipments” option in AS400. Attach document that prints once completed
- Enter trip into the “opening up a trip” in the AS400. Attached document that prints once you soft close
- Update the outbound line up Edmonton spreadsheet with DGS, HEAT, and depart ready time
- update MAXX email on Friday with DGS if required.

Saturday Duties:

· Print inbound bills, zone per city map and create labels

Calgary (04), Regina (07), Winnipeg (09), Saskatoon (15), MTL MAXX (16), TOR MAXX (18)

Required Knowledge:

· Knowledge of AS400 system.

· Trucking and shipping operations

· City/geographical knowledge

· Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Dangerous Goods regulations

Job status:

· Part time

· evening, night(5.00PM-10.00PM)

· Wednesday – Saturday Rotation

· Emergency/vacation coverage

· Work Location: In person

Pay: $21.00 per hour
