More Than a Hot Tub Sale

People don't come to us just for a hot tub anymore. They want a backyard that helps them feel better—a place to recover after work, swim year-round, relax in a sauna, take a cold plunge, and get the family outside together.

We're building Atlantic Canada's trusted name in backyard wellness, and we're looking for the right person to lead that conversation on our showroom floor.

What You'll Do

- Welcome every customer and find out what they really want from their backyard—not just which model they like.
- Guide customers to the right fit: hot tub, swim spa, sauna, cold plunge, or a combination that works together.
- Follow up with every lead quickly, whether it comes from a walk-in, the web, or a phone call.
- Own the sales process from start to finish—close the sale and stay connected with the customer through delivery and setup.
- Know your numbers every week and take ownership of your results.
- Help grow our backyard wellness division as it expands, including packages, design consultations, and larger backyard projects.

Who You Are

- A proven in-person closer with experience selling spas, pools, RVs, boats, furniture, vehicles, home improvements, or other big-ticket products.
- Curious about health, wellness,



recovery, and the outdoors—or ready to learn.
- Organized, responsive, and disciplined about following up with leads.
- Comfortable using a CRM to manage leads, follow-ups, and your sales pipeline.
- Available to work some evenings and weekends during the busy season.
- Someone customers trust because you listen first, understand what they need, and help them make the right decision.
