Grouter Position

Salary: Based On Experience

R.S. Foundation Systems is currently looking for experienced Grouter’s to join the team, working with Truck mounted grout mixers as well as individual grouter mixers. The Grouter is responsible for mixing and placing variable types of grout for the purpose of filling small diameter piles such as, Rock & Soil Anchors, Tie-Back Anchors, Micropiles, Underpinning Piles, as well as Consolidation Grouting and Slab Jacking.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner always;

· Ensure assigned equipment is maintained in good working condition. Equipment may include a vehicle, a truck mounted or skid mounted grout plant, generators, grout hoses and air hoses

· Accurately log the amount of grout bags used to fill Micropiles,



rock & soil anchors and tie-back anchors and ensure grouting functions are correctly executed

What does it take to work for R.S. Foundation Systems?

· 1+ year of experience as a Grouter

· Class 5 Driver’s License required

· Safety tickets and certifications preferred; CSTS, WHIMIS, First Aid, Fit Test and Ground Disturbance

· Mechanical aptitude

· Ability to work outdoors in extreme cold and hot environments

· Flexible, motivated and able to work in a fast paced, demanding setting and respond to change quickly

· Strong work ethic with an ability to work independently and in a team environment as a contributing team player.
