Tim-Br-Fab Industries, a COR certified 100% Canadian owned manufacturer of roof and floor trusses and supplier of pre-engineered wood products, is currently accepting applications for the position of Truss Production Manager at our Dauphin, MB branch.

Truss Production Manager – Dauphin, MB

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is ready to join our team.

You will be working with production staff to ensure the timely flow of all shop production schedules, including manufacturing of roof and floor trusses, wall panel and pre-hung door lines.

Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining and developing standards of production
- Training all staff on multiple production areas
- Responsible for daily production levels, reporting and continuous improvement through process and skill development.

Job skills and Requirements:

- High competence in MS office programs, POS / Inventory systems, LEAN manufacturing principles (LEAN certification is a plus and is strongly considered)
- 5 years plus manufacturing experience preferred.
- Understanding of safe work procedures and practices required.

Skills and Experience:

- Strong computer skills including knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office, POS / Inventory systems
- 5 years manufacturing experience preferred




- LEAN manufacturing principles and practices required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational/time management skills.
- Self-motivated with strong multitasking, analytical thinking, problem solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively present information in verbal exchanges with various departments and employees.
