Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Labourer to join our team.

This role will be approx. 50 percent in the factory with approx 50 percent being on site deliveries.

Duties:

GL Requirements (in factory)

- Move finished products within the warehouse - away from the production benches and into staging area.
- General cleaning and organization within the warehouse - 5S experience highly desirable

Delivery Requirements (on site delivery)

- Securely load the delivery truck (16-foot box truck) prior to leaving the warehouse.
- Deliver finished products to designated locations within the GTA.
- Transport materials to and from the finishing shop as required
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and delivery times.
- Assist with receiving and organizing materials in the warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.




- Flexibility as per start/finish time occassionally

Requirements

- Valid G driver's license (CDL) is required and recent drivers abstract.
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
- Strong ability to work well in a team environment as the position is required to work with our shop foreman, cabinet makers and on-site installation teams.
- Excellent communication skills as you will be required to relay significant information from the job site to the office.
- Experience in the millwork industry and understanding of drawings is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
