Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians in selecting the correct parts, receiving and managing inventory, and providing exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and familiarity with automotive parts and sales processes. Previous dealership experience is highly desirable. The Parts Advisor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our service and parts departments, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate automotive parts through in-person interactions, phone inquiries, or digital platforms.
Manage inventory levels, track part availability, and perform order fulfillment accurately using POS systems.
Maintain organized stockrooms and ensure the proper storage of parts according to safety standards.
Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and billing using POS systems.
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts needed for repairs and maintenance.




Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with customers or vendors.

Qualifications
Previous dealership experience or automotive retail sales background is preferred.
Solid communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
Knowledge of automotive repair processes is a plus to better assist technicians and customers.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing stock levels and documentation.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism. This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive parts sales and customer service within a dynamic dealership environment.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
