We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Halal Meat Butcher to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and packaging high-quality Halal meat products in accordance with food safety standards and religious guidelines. Responsibilities
Skillfully cut, trim, and prepare various types of Halal meats using proper butchery techniques to ensure quality and consistency
Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols during all stages of meat handling and processing
Package meat products securely for retail display or customer orders, ensuring freshness and presentation standards are met
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
Assist customers with their selections by providing knowledgeable advice on different cuts and preparation methods




Monitor inventory levels of meat supplies and communicate needs for restocking or ordering to management
Support team members in maintaining a smooth workflow during busy periods while adhering to safety guidelines

Qualifications
Previous experience in the food industry, especially in food preparation or butchery, is highly preferred
Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and proper food handling practices
Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene regulations relevant to meat processing
Robust attention to detail when preparing and packaging products
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, qualified attitude
Kitchen experience or training in food preparation is advantageous
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently

Pay: $17.60-$30.10 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
