Key Responsibilities:
Identify and build Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions
Evaluate workflows for effective enhancements
Support regulatory adoption and compliance enforcement
Maintain expertise in key wealth management platforms
Coach and train junior team members on compliance updates
Requirements:
3–5 years experience in financial services
Knowledge of wealth operations processes
Solid aptitude for process automation tools
Excellent communication and training skills
Post-secondary education in business or equivalent experience
