Job Title: Delivery Driver with some warehouse work
OVERVIEW
We are a quick growth demountable and relocatable glass and laminate wall manufacturer who is currently seeking a motivated warehouse worker to assist with customer orders.
Mywall is a fast growth wall company based in Burlington Ontario with hundreds of project completed in both the GTA and the Kitchener /Waterloo territories. Large projects have also been completed in Quebec, Halifax, and Ottawa.
Job Description
Delivery Driver and Warehouse worker
Complete scheduled tasks with little or no supervision after the first 3 months
Develop positive relationships with co-workers
Load and unload trucks which includes aluminum extrusions/glass partitions & door hardware
Drive our Mercedes Sprinter for both product deliveries and pickups from time to time
To accurately perform operations throughout the day as directed by Kyle Scarborough in an efficient manner and ensuring all inbound and outbound orders are handled accurately and timely.
Check all shipments for accuracy both inbound and outbound
Conduct put away activity for all incoming product and shipments
Requirements
Have a valid and clean driving record with a minimum of a “G” class license
Have at least 1 year experience driving a truck or sprinter van
Being available to work after hours or start your day early as per customer requirments from time to time. Advance notice will be given along with a shift premium
Speak, write, and read English
Some Organizational Skills
Able to be accurate with multiple projects going on at the same time
Ability to shift priorities
Able to drive anywhere in the GTA or Kitchener/Waterloo from time to time
Able to lift up to 50 lbs from time to time. This is not a continuous or daily occurrence
We Offer
Competitive Hourly Wage in the $20.00 22:00 range
