Manulife CAF LTD and SISIP Life Team is seeking a bilingual Associate Manager to lead the CAF LTD unit, ensuring effective disability management practices and high-quality claims support for veterans transitioning to civilian life.

The role requires a solid people leadership background, 2–3 years of supervisory experience, and excellent English and French communication. You will mentor case managers, drive service outcomes and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve positive results.
