Duties
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service
Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of performance
Manage merchandising efforts by organizing displays, pricing products accurately, and ensuring inventory levels meet demand
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to promote satisfaction and loyalty
Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding current staff members
Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) transactions,



and bookkeeping activities with accuracy
Coordinate training & development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge in sales techniques, product knowledge, and store policies

Requirements
Proven supervising or team management experience within a retail environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead effectively and foster teamwork
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, sales management, and marketing strategies
Experience with payroll processing, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control systems
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in pricing, cash handling, and administrative tasks
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of customer service

Pay: $16.50-$18.50 per hour
