About Us:
Our new fine dining restaurant in historic downtown Toronto is looking for a dedicated and talented Chef de Partie with pasta station experience to join our culinary team. Be a part of crafting exceptional dishes in a creative and professional environment.
Position: Chef de Partie
Location: Toronto, 83 Yonge Street
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute dishes in your assigned section to the highest standards.
Collaborate with the Sous Chef to ensure menu consistency and quality.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in your workstation.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
Contribute to menu planning and the development of new dishes.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fine dining restaurant.
Pasta station experience
Excellent professional skills
Expertise in your assigned section (e.g.,grilled,pasta,sauce/soup/side, salads, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
Passion for high-end cuisine and continuous learning.
