DUTIES

Responsibilities
Provide support to the Human Resources Manager
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding recent employees.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee records and reporting.
Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures to promote best practices.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.




Provide guidance on employee relations issues and support conflict resolution efforts.
Assist with company Health & Safety program.
Backup for payroll processing.

Requirements
Robust knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in Canada.
Previous labour relations experience is preferred.
Experience with HRIS systems and payroll systems .
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
