One of our clients, a manufacturing company specializing in loading dock seals, is looking for an experienced Industrial Sewer with hands-on experience sewing boat covers and heavy-duty materials.

Responsibilities
Operate single, double, and multi-needle industrial sewing machines.
Sew and join sections of material to create finished products.
Sew edges and seams accurately.
Examine materials and repair defects during the manufacturing process.
Complete production reports and work orders.
Double-check completed work for accuracy and quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow production and safety procedures.

Requirements
Previous industrial sewing experience is a MUST.
Hands-on experience sewing boat covers is a MUST.
Experience working with heavy-duty fabrics, vinyl, canvas, or similar materials.
Strong knowledge of industrial sewing machines.
Valuable attention to detail and quality.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to take direction.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
First Aid/WHMIS certification is an asset.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
