Duties
Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
Deliver excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert advice on hairstyles and hair care.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools that complement clients’ needs, enhancing their overall experience.
Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries efficiently.




Communicate clearly with clients throughout their service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Keep workstations organized, sanitized, and ready for each recent client to uphold hygiene standards.

Experience
Proven experience as a barber or stylist in a skilled salon or barbershop setting.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients.
Knowledge of current hair styling trends, techniques, and products.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Experience with retail sales of hair care products is a plus.
Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
Prior front desk or receptionist experience is advantageous but not required; excellent communication skills are essential.
