Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting. Bookkeeping and financial tasks.

Qualifications for the successful Candidate

Minimum of 3 years work experience required

Energetic and effective team player, problem solving and leadership skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, fully bilingual (English and French)

Ability to be flexible and self-motivated

Excellent communication and administrative skills Exceptional organization and time management skill Ability to meet all assigned deadlines

Responsibilities:

Post daily bank deposits

Enter and balance accounts receivable and payable daily

Process incoming mail concerning billing and invoicing

Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions

Engage management over any AR/AP problems you encounter

Initiate collections on past-due accounts





Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed

Calculate and send invoices to clients

Perform credit checks on recent clients and partners.

Match invoices to purchase orders

Other duties as required
