We are seeking a practical, detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to manage commercial food-service projects from initial customer inquiry through estimating, quoting, coordination, and delivery. This role works closely with customers and manufacturing staff to develop accurate solutions, keep projects moving, and resolve issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

· Review project requirements, drawings, and specifications.

· Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and supporting documentation.

· Create and revise AutoCAD drawings for customer and manufacturing use.

· Coordinate project details, timelines,



and deliverables with customers and internal teams.

· Communicate clearly with customers and manufacturing staff throughout each project.

· Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and recommend practical solutions.

· Manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with colleagues when needed.

Qualifications

· Proficiency with AutoCAD.

· Knowledge of the food-service industry preferred but not required.

· Experience preparing estimates and quotations.

· Robust verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently, organize competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

· Collaborative, solutions-focused approach to project work.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
