Enjoy working with details, keeping things organized and seeing a task through? Penticton Toyota is hiring a Warranty Administrator to join our Service team.

You’ll help ensure warranty claims are accurate, submitted on time and followed through to payment. This role is a valuable fit for someone who enjoys administrative work, communicates well and can manage competing priorities in a busy dealership.

You’ll work closely with our Service team and complete ongoing manufacturer training to build your knowledge of Toyota warranty processes. Automotive experience is an asset, but it isn’t required. We’re interested in your attention to detail, work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and submit warranty claims with accurate supporting documentation
Assist the Service Advisors as needed
Review disputed claims and follow up to resolve outstanding issues




Review warranty accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid claims
Work with Service staff to gather information and keep claims moving
Complete ongoing manufacturer training and stay current on warranty requirements

Experience That Helps
