Overview
We are seeking a friendly and qualified individual to join our team as a Barber. This position is perfect for someone interested in developing their skills in customer service, hair styling, and retail sales within a clean and skilled barbershop setting. We offer commission and/or chair rental based pay.

Duties
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs effectively
Assist clients with hair styling services, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction
Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning work stations, tools, and common areas according to health regulations
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and meet sales goals
Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and answering client inquiries




Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations
Support team members with various salon or spa operations to ensure smooth daily workflow

Requirements
Prior experience in barbering services and customer service roles is preferred
Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation practices is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining professionalism
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
A friendly attitude, professional appearance, and genuine interest in helping clients look and feel their best

Pay: $20.85-$30.55 per hour
