We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction team. In this vital role, you will facilitate the smooth execution of construction projects by coordinating schedules, resources, and communication among stakeholders. Your proactive approach will ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Duties
Develop and maintain project schedules.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support accurate project planning and execution.
Assist in preparing detailed construction estimates.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resource allocation.
Track project progress, costs, update schedules, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
Support project managers in managing project documentation, change orders, and compliance with safety standards.
Generate job specific invoices using Intuit Quickbooks
Skills
Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for construction projects.
Experience with construction estimating.
Familiarity with CAD software with a preference in VectorWorks.
Knowledge of construction management software.
Ability to read schematics, technical plans, and construction drawings accurately.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under deadlines.
Construction experience or background is highly preferred.
Proficient with Intuit Quickbooks
A good send of design and a passion for architecture are great assets.
