Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow work instructions to produce and verify conformance to quality standards.
Meet hourly production quotas.
Document daily production.
Operate all injection machines and assembly stations.
Ability to be cross trained in many areas, tasks and or machinery.
Ability to train FTMs.
Understand and follow the Kanban system.
Work in a secure manner within Health and Safety guidelines.
Maintain 5S in all assigned areas.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or—successful completion of an aptitude test

Straight Shift Timing on Night Shift (10:00 P.M. - 6:30 A.M.) but may be required to change shifts in order to accommodate production requirements.
