We are seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. In this dual-role capacity, you will manage our parts counter and serve as a Service Order Writer, supporting customers across a wide spectrum of equipment—from ATVs, UTVs, and Argos to snow blowers, lawn mowers, and handheld power tools.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Counter Sales: Greet customers, assist with parts lookup, answer inquiries in person and over the phone, and process sales accurately.
Parts Identification & Sourcing: Utilize electronic parts catalogs (EPC) and technical diagrams to identify, locate, and order correct parts for various small engines, powersports vehicles, and outdoor power equipment.
Service Order Writing: Greet service customers, listen to equipment issues, create transparent work orders for service technicians, and communicate job status updates to customers.
Administrative Duties: Process invoices, handle cash and card transactions, manage special orders,



and maintain clean counter and display areas.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Background in automotive, heavy equipment, powersports, or small engine parts counter sales is strongly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with powersports (ATVs, UTVs, amphibious vehicles) and outdoor power equipment (lawn & garden, handheld gear) is a major asset.
Computer Skills: Proficient with computer systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, electronic parts lookup tools, and basic Microsoft Office/email.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into explicit information for customers.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs when handling inventory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
