Schoolhouse Brewery started in a former Schoolhouse and has grown into one of the Annapolis Valley's favourite spots for craft beer, positive food, and outstanding company.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our Windsor taproom and restaurant, a 60-seat space plus a 24-seat seasonal patio.

What you'll do
Lead, schedule, train, and motivate the front of house team
Create a welcoming, knowledgeable experience for every guest, from first-time visitors to regulars
Oversee daily service, opening and closing procedures, and cash handling
Manage the retail section, including merchandise and off-sale product- Keep the taproom running smoothly, with a sharp eye for cleanliness, presentation, and detail
Work closely with the kitchen and brewery teams to keep service and product knowledge on point- Help promote the taproom, events, and new releases through social media
Take on additional responsibilities based on your experience and interests

What you bring
Previous serving experience; supervisory or management experience is a strong asset
Genuine enthusiasm for craft beer (or a solid desire to learn it inside and out)
A warm,



personable approach with guests and staff alike
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfort creating content and posting on social media
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Based in or able to reliably commute to Windsor
Responsible Beverage Service certification (or willingness to obtain)
