Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases, inquiries, and product needs
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly
Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision
Provide product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
Offer multilingual support to serve a diverse customer base effectively
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, phone etiquette,



and active listening during customer interactions
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods
Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
Support team members with technical sales by explaining product features and advantages

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos is a plus
Bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse communities effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash registers
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Proven ability to manage time efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service
