We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Physiotherapist to join our energetic healthcare team. Responsibilities
Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations, identifying their specific needs and treatment goals
Develop and implement tailored physiotherapy treatment plans that promote recovery and functional improvement
Provide hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation
Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to optimize outcomes
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and rehabilitation exercises
Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records following clinical protocols
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and ensure seamless patient support across departments
Qualifications
Valid registration as a Physiotherapist with the appropriate licensing body
Proven hospital experience with exposure to acute care environments
Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience in pediatrics or specialized areas such as orthopedics or neurology is an asset
