Budget Car & Truck Rental is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Kelowna in-town office.

This fast-paced role combines customer service, sales, administration and vehicle coordination. If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a busy workplace, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in person, by phone and by email throughout the rental process
Open and close rental agreements accurately
Promote rental products and services using a customer-focused sales approach
Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
Coordinate vehicle availability and fleet requirements
Complete daily administrative and operational tasks
Clean vehicles and perform basic vehicle inspections as required

Requirements
Valid BC Class 5 driver’s licence
Customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable, professional and punctual
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work the required Friday-to-Monday schedule, including holidays as required
