Terrax Construction Services Inc. is a growing Vancouver-based company specializing in interior deficiency, repair, and restoration services for residential and commercial construction projects.

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to help us expand our client base and develop long-term relationships with builders, developers, restoration companies, property managers, hotels, and other commercial clients throughout the Lower Mainland.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident approaching new clients, enjoys building professional relationships, and is motivated by commission and growth.

Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential new clients throughout the Lower Mainland
Visit construction sites, offices, hotels, developments, and potential commercial clients
Introduce Terrax’s services to Project Managers, Superintendents, Construction Managers, Property Managers, and other decision-makers
Generate new leads through cold calling, emails, networking, site visits, and in-person outreach
Schedule meetings and site visits with prospective clients
Follow up consistently with leads and existing contacts
Maintain and develop strong client relationships




Present our services professionally and identify opportunities for recent projects
Track sales activity, leads, follow-ups, and results
Work directly with management to develop sales strategies and identify new markets

What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, professional, and comfortable approaching new people
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Organized and able to manage follow-ups independently
Previous sales or B2B sales experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Construction, restoration, property management, or building industry experience is a strong asset
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
English proficiency required

Compensation:

$22–$28 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based commission.
