We are hiring a professional Service Advisor to lead the front office of a high-standard automotive repair shop. This role is not entry-level, not temporary, and not suitable for job-hoppers.

The company provides structured, hands-on Service Advisor training
Training includes customer communication, repair order management, scheduling, estimating, systems, and shop procedures
If you resign early or are terminated for cause, you may be required to repay the portion of training costs incurred
No repayment is required if employment ends with proper notice, layoff, or medical reasons (as permitted by law)
