Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
Assist pharmacists and colleagues in dispensing medications and maintaining accurate medication records
Prepare and package medications for distribution to patients
Manage inventory and stock medications
Enter prescription information into the computer system
Answer phone calls and address inquiries or concerns
Assist patients and customers with purchases and product selection
Maintain a clean and organized work setting

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in community pharmacy or similar setting
Familiarity with pharmacy laws, regulations, and procedures and the importance of patient confidentiality
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation and record keeping
Robust communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment




Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Skills:
Strong knowledge of patient care practices and the ability to provide compassionate care
Familiarity with pharmacy software systems (preferably Kroll) for prescription processing and inventory management
