Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive assistance to enhance their shopping experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockrooms, and display areas to ensure an inviting environment
Restock shelves efficiently, accurately tracking inventory levels and product placement
Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions quickly and accurately while delivering excellent customer service
Support team members with various tasks such as merchandise setup, price tagging, and inventory counts




Assist in opening or closing procedures to ensure store readiness and security at all times
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and uphold company standards for service quality

Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
Solid communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving merchandise up to a specified weight limit
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a lively environment
