The Gas Bar & Convenience Store Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and customer service at our Gas Bar and Convenience Store. This role supports the team in delivering excellent member service while ensuring secure, efficient, and organized operations.

This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support, and train Gas Bar Clerks, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally to member questions, comments, and concerns.
Process sales and payments accurately and maintain price and transaction integrity.
Complete opening and closing procedures and follow all applicable policies and procedures.
Ensure the proper ordering, handling, stocking, pricing, and merchandising of products, including age-restricted products.
Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming retail, checkout, pump island, and property areas.
Support the safe operation and maintenance of equipment and report repairs or maintenance needs.
Complete minor indoor and outdoor property maintenance as required.
Follow all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements
2 years experience working as retail clerk.
Driven to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectations.




Able to work as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic setting.
Present a skilled image in appearance, words and actions.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Open availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, store opening and closings to meet the needs of the business

Working Conditions
The position involves working both indoors and outdoors, including exposure to varying weather conditions for periods of time.
The position requires regular standing, walking, and movement throughout the Gas Bar and C-Store.
The position involves handling and moving merchandise, including items weighing up to 50 pounds. Appropriate equipment and/or assistance may be available where required.
The position involves tasks that may require bending, reaching, stooping, and repetitive movements.
The position operates in a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Pay: From $20.48 per hour
