We are seeking a Counter Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and possess a passion for delivering high-quality services to our customers
Duties:
Weigh, wrap and tag meats according to customer preferences
Ensure proper portion control and presentation of meats and our products
Uphold food safety standards during all meat handling processes
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and upselling additional items
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of working stations and equipment
Collaborate with coworkers to coordinate product filling and production of meats
Experience:
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including knowledge of different cuts of meat
Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
Strong math skills for portion control and inventory management
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
