Experience with Scaffolding or Access Solutions is mandatory for this role

We're seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead operations and sales across Atlantic Canada. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for driving business growth, profitability, customer relationships, and operational performance within a growing regional business

Key Responsibilities
Lead branch operations and sales activities across the region
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
Develop robust relationships with industrial and commercial customers
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; performance
Coach and develop sales and operations teams
Ensure the highest standards of safety, customer service, and project execution

What We're Looking For
Leadership experience within scaffolding, access solutions, construction,



industrial services, or related sectors.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and business performance.
Proven ability to build customer relationships and win current business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.

Pay: $135,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
