Duties:
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
Replace or repair defective equipment, components, or wiring
Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency
-must have boiler experience and knowledge
Collaborate with team members to complete projects and meet deadlines
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
-Journeyman license AND B ticket required
Proven experience in- installation, maintenance, and repair
Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and components including boilers
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
