Our client is a community-based pharmacy in Sutton, ON, serving 80 to 150 prescriptions daily. We are looking for a reliable Pharmacy Assistant to join our team and help us continue providing outstanding service to our patients.

Key Duties
Assist the pharmacist with prescription data entry, labeling, and packaging
Manage inventory – receive orders, stock shelves, and check expiry dates
Process customer transactions and handle billing
Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions
Prepare blister packs and maintain clean work areas
Support daily pharmacy operations as needed

Schedule
Start Date: ASAP
Monday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Typically 5 days per week, with occasional 6-day weeks as needed

What We’re Looking For




Minimum 2 years of pharmacy assistant experience (preferred)
Kroll software experience is a plus (we can train the right person)
Strong customer service skills – patient interaction is a key part of this role
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
Ability to work flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Experience:
Kroll software: 2 years (required)
pharmacy assistant: 2 years (required)
