Operate and maintain the punch maching correctly and efficiently in a rapid paced setting while meeting production targets, maintaining our high quality standards, and minimizing machine downtime.
Coordinate with team members to maintain production flow
Troubleshoot tooling, programs and machine issues to minimize downtime and avoid production shutdowns
Implement process improvements to increase production flow and reduce waste.
Follow all personal health and safety policies and adhere to safe machine operation and protected material handling practices
Must have 2+ years experience of CNC machine operation in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
Proven communication and decision-making skills.
Must be reliable, punctual, and detail minded.
Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
