Duties
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, PTAC units,
and structural elements
Respond swiftly to guest repair requests, ensuring timely resolution to enhance guest satisfaction
Conduct repairs
Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, schematics updates, and safety checks
Experience
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guest interactions
