Dental Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager
A well-established dental clinic serving the Humber Bay community for over 20 years, specializing in cosmetic and
implant dentistry, is looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, confident with patients, and able to take ownership of the
day-to-day administrative operations of a busy dental practice.
Responsibilities
Present and coordinate treatment plans and submit estimates to insurance providers, including CDCP
Discuss treatment fees, insurance coverage, and payment arrangements with patients.
Follow up on recommended and unscheduled treatment
Manage accounts receivable and outstanding balances
Coordinate staff scheduling and coverage
Maintain productive doctor and hygiene schedules while working toward daily production goals
Oversee daily administrative workflow.
Maintain strong communication between patients, doctors, and the dental team
Prepare monthly financial reports on production and collections
What We're Looking For
Previous dental treatment coordination and/or dental office management experience




Strong knowledge of dental terminology and treatment
Excellent patient communication and organizational skills
Confidence discussing comprehensive treatment plans and finances
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems
ABELDent experience is a strong asset
Experience with implant, cosmetic, or comprehensive restorative cases is an asset.
Robust computer and technology skills

We are looking for someone warm and professional who can build trust with patients while keeping the administrativeside of the practice organized and efficient.

Full time | $36-$40/hour, depending on experience and performance.
