Whether assisting with loading/unloading trailers, material handling, or general site assistance, your proactive attitude and robust work ethic will help ensure smooth daily operations. A clear background check is required for this position.

Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and supplies in office
Support construction or maintenance teams by carrying tools, equipment, and materials as needed
Perform basic site preparation tasks such as setting up barriers or signage
Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Operate basic equipment under supervision, such as forklifts or power tools (if certified)




Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily project goals and deadlines

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a protected work environment
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills in a team-oriented setting
Previous experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not mandatory
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations applicable to physical work environments
