We're looking for experienced caulking workers to join our growing crew in the Hamilton area. If you've got hands-on experience with building envelope sealing and you're comfortable working at height on swing stages and boom lifts, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Apply caulking and sealants to commercial, residential, and high-rise buildings
Remove old caulking and prep joints for recent sealant
Work from swing stages and boom lifts safely and efficiently
Inspect and prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion
Follow safety procedures and site requirements
Deliver clean, quality workmanship on every job
What We're Looking For
Previous caulking or sealant experience.
Proven experience working on swing stages and boom lifts
Working at Heights certification
Swing stage / suspended access training
Boom lift / aerial work platform certification
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
Able to work as part of a team
Own transportation to job sites
