Duties
Assist in mixing, shaping, baking, and decorating a wide range of baked goods including cakes, pastries, and bread.
Support cake decorating tasks to create visually appealing desserts that meet quality standards.
Prepare ingredients and follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality in all baked products.
Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures throughout the baking process.
Package baked items efficiently for retail display or customer orders, maintaining presentation quality.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations, in compliance with food safety regulations.




Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and assisting with special requests when needed.

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and baking processes.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
