Responsibilities
Operate the POS system and take dine-in, takeout, phone, and online orders
Prepare food, including vegetable cutting, ingredient prep, and workstation setup
Cook menu items, including BBQ/grill items, following recipes and quality standards
Handle dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
Work as part of the team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy hours

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens,



or the food industry is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued!
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly processes
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety regulations

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 50.0 per week
