Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team, responsible for maintaining and repairing various industrial equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and be proficient in electrical systems, HVAC, and logic controllers. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read schematics and effectively troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance of machinery.

Duties
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures using schematics and technical manuals.
Maintain electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and controls.
Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications to existing equipment.
Conduct inspections of machinery to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.




Document maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Experience
Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role within an industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC systems, and industrial maintenance practices.
Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in machinery operation.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
Experience with fabrication techniques is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
