For over 52 years, Stones Jewellery has been Victoria's destination for fine jewellery. From our boutique inside the iconic Fairmont Empress Hotel, we design and handcraft a distinctive collection of Canadian-made jewellery you won't find anywhere else — serving loyal local clients and visitors from around the world.

We're looking for full time team members who take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Your role
Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism
Build lasting relationships through attentive, knowledgeable service
Guide clients through our collections, highlighting craftsmanship and design
Process transactions accurately at point of sale




Maintain an immaculate boutique presentation, including merchandising and displays
Support inventory management and restocking
Partner with the team to achieve shared sales goals

What you bring

Comfort with cash handling and basic math
Previous retail or luxury experience is an asset — but not required. We'll train you.
