Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer interactions, and overall dining experience
Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
Manage inventory, ordering, and budget control to meet financial goals
Train and develop staff in all areas of the restaurant
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance the restaurant's reputation
Experience - minimum 5 Years
Required Skills:
